To Our Valued Tenants:

Thank you for storing with Lucama Self Storage! Please plan NOW if you feel that you will be needing access to our Self-Storage Facility during the weekend into early next week! Due to the possibility of an upcoming ice storm and hazardous conditions, Lucama Self Storage is implementing the following safety measures effective 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 24, 2026 until such time that the Facility can be accessed in a safe manner:

• Limited Access: Gate access may be restricted to ensure the safety of our customers and the possibility of a gate malfunction in the event of ice buildup.
• Gate & Door Operations: Ice buildup can cause automatic gates and unit doors to freeze. Do not attempt to force frozen doors open, as this may cause permanent damage.
• Safety Warning: Please avoid visiting the facility until local authorities declare roads safe. Walkways and driveways may be extremely slick; use caution if gate access is permitted and if you feel that it is necessary to enter the premises.
• Updates: We will monitor the situation and resume normal operations as soon as conditions allow.
